This conference brings together charter school Academic Leaders, Operations Leaders, Board Members, as well as leaders from authorizers, funders, and other organizations in the charter school community. Last year’s conference in New York City attracted more than 500 attendees to the heart of Manhattan.

What to Expect as an
Exhibitor or Sponsor

The layout of event space at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center allows us to place all Exhibitors front and center, offering access to plenty of foot traffic throughout the day. All buffet meals will be served in the Exhibitor space.

All exhibitors will have access to our conference “Passport contest”, where attendees are encouraged to get their name badge scanned by exhibitors in exchange for the ability to win a prize. Each scan gets you full contact information for the attendee.

Our sponsorship options also feature a range of options, including event tickets, logo placement on signage and digital communications, emails to attendees, and more.

Please note that presentations are not a part of paid sponsorship options, though some vendors may be chosen for presentation through our separate presenter selection process. Our presenter application opens in late April 2025. Sponsorship does not increase chances of being selected as a presenter.
