WHO: Academic Leaders, Operations Leaders, Board Members, along with leaders from authorizers, funders, and other organizations working in or with the public charter school community.

NOTE: Exhibitor space is extremely limited! We encourage those interested to reserve as early as possible.

What to Expect as an Exhibitor or Sponsor

Exhibitors will have central placement in the event space at the Westin Times Square and feature opportunities to access more than 600 school leaders, decision-makers, and partners.

All exhibitors will have access to our conference “Passport Contest”, where attendees are encouraged to get their name badge scanned by exhibitors in exchange for the ability to win a prize. Each scan gets you full contact information for the attendee.

Our sponsorship options are tailored to meet a wide variety of needs, ranging from opportunities to present main conference events, sponsor engaging activity stations, get branding placement in key areas of the conference, and much more!

Please note that presentations are not a part of paid sponsorship options, though some vendors may be chosen for presentation through our separate presenter selection process. Our presenter application opens in April 2026. Sponsorship does not increase chances of being selected as a presenter.
