Earlier today, we notified you that Mayor DeBlasio announced that New York City schools will remain closed throughout the remainder of the academic school year.  In response, the Governor stated that he has not made a decision yet to close the schools. As a reminder, Executive Order  202.14, which mandates school closure through April 29th, is still in effect.  Executive Orders are state law and supersede local authority. We will discuss the implications of the announcements on our Tuesday call.  To see the information for our regular Tuesday webinars, as well as our Thursday 4/23 Webinar on planning for return to school, visit our Webinars page.

As this situation is rapidly evolving, we encourage you to review the resources available on our COVID-19 Resources page.
