Yesterday we lost one of this country’s greatest champions for equality and civil rights. Ruth Bader Ginsburg was an outstanding legal scholar, fierce fighter for women’s rights and a role model for leadership. We are deeply saddened by her passing. We recognize and are humbled by the knowledge that our own lives, our careers, and those of our daughters have benefited in no small part to due to her life’s work. We are eternally grateful and will endeavor to continue her legacy in our own lives and work.
