About the Conference
Join us on October 19-21, 2022
at the Hyatt Regency Buffalo!
Be a part of the only state-wide gathering for leaders in the New York State charter school community! This conference brings together charter school Academic Leaders, Operations Leaders, Board Members, as well as leaders from authorizers, funders, and other organizations in the charter school community. Last year’s conference in New York City attracted 300 attendees in-person, and over 400 with our remote option. We plan to host 300-400 charter sector leaders in Buffalo.
Schedule & Content:
- Wednesday – Daytime school & local tours & opening Reception
- Thursday – Full day of content with keynotes and breakouts
- Friday – Content from 9-2 with keynotes + breakouts

What to Expect as an
Exhibitor or Sponsor
The layout of event space at the Buffalo Hyatt allows us to place all Exhibitors front and center, in the main hall with doors to breakout rooms on one side, and doors to keynote space on the other. All buffet meals will be served in the Exhibitor space. During the conference, attendees will be incentivized to visit as many exhibitors as possible using a bingo-style game with prizes. Exhibitor visit time will also appear on the conference schedule.
Please note that presentations are not a part of paid sponsorship options, though some vendors may be chosen for presentation through our separate presenter selection process. Our presenter application opens in May. Sponsorship does not increase chances of being selected as a presenter.
As a policy, we do not give out attendee contact information to vendors and sponsors. However, our 3 highest sponsorship options come with an email from you via our conference registration system to all conference attendees. We are also happy to work with you to identify other ways to connect with attendees.
