2019-20 Per-Pupil Tuition Rates

Below is a chart with your estimated 2019-2020 per-pupil tuition rates based on the newly adopted charter funding formula included in the state budget.

If you have any questions or would like information about a sending school district that does not appear on this chart, please reach out to me directly and we will be happy to calculate it for you.

Please note that the per-pupil rates listed here are based on our internal calculations and are for planning purposes only. NYSED will release official rates sometime in May; we will review and confirm those calculations when they become available.

Tuition Planning Tool

NECSN has created the following tool to help you plan for your student tuition for the 2019-20 school year.

How to Use the Tool:

  1. Select your school district or districts from the list of drop-down options.
  2. Enter the number of students you have from each school district.
  3. Receive your tuition total!

If you mistakenly input a wrong value, we recommend you simply refresh the page to get the tool to work properly again.

Please note: this tool is for planning purposes only and represents our best understanding of budget totals for the 2019-20 school year based on the just-passed NYS budget. We will share official NYSED rates as the state makes them available, likely sometime in May.
