Reopening Guidance 

Today, the Board of Regents received an update on school reopening from the P-12 and Higher Education committees.  The slides reviewed by the Regents are available here.

Regulatory changes in light of COVID-19 

The Regents unanimously approved a series of amendments to provide additional flexibilities and clarifications to schools for the Commissioner’s regulations in response to the COVID-19 crisis. You can view the presentation that was given on these emergency regulatory amendments by clicking here.
